You know it saddens me to think of that day. In one week Our Lord went from being the Saviour King of Jerusalem where people were putting their clothes on the ground to cushion His donkey’s footsteps... To a week later and He was forced to walk these same streets; tortured, beaten, carrying an incredible heavy load meant for His death, and derided by those same citizens.

People are stupid, vapid, and extremely fickle. Nothing much has changed.

Indeed, Pilate tried, 10 times, to step away (for political expediency) from carrying out the manifestly illegal punishment, but each time the people cried, “Crucify him!”

In one week Our Lord went from being the Saviour King of Jerusalem ... to the savior of the world. It's beyond human understanding, for, as you notice, we humans are surely undeserving of salvation on our own right.

As we told in the great book man is sinful and a fallen being and as we get towards to the end times this will be more evident.

The more I look around and watch and listen to local, national and international news the more this seems to point that we are in the end times.

True words. The shallow masses are sadly easily led, even virtually and blithely drawn and quartered.

I pray that the Light and Redemption of the Holiest of Sacrifices will penetrate the dense fog of global cultism and inertia and renew the hearts, minds and capacity for righteous action in men before it’s too late.

Wishing all who honor it a blessed and meaningful Holy Week, and earnestly beseeching the infinite mercy of our Almighty Father on our beloved country .. as we’ve always known it.

This is true! But let’s not forget that HE and only HE AROSE from the GRAVE! Paid our debt so that we could have easy access to The Father God for all time and beyond.
Without Jesus sacrifice all of mankind would be lost, gone forever. And the most beautiful part in it all... this was done in spite of us!

(of course you know that, just saying for some others that may be lurking)
