It's always necessary when one hears the term "Evolution" to ask, what does the person mean by this term? If one argues that a process of change accounts for much or most of the biological world, that is something that could be harmonized with the concept of a creating God. However Darwinian Evolution cannot be harmonized with the concept of a creating God, because by it's definition, things happen by chance rather than by intention or intelligent direction. If it is not an impersonal, undirected process, then it is not Darwinian Evolution.
And Evolution is NOT random. You need to do some work on science before you post meaningless lay definitions
” If it is not an impersonal, undirected process, then it is not Darwinian Evolution.”
The fact that there is no scientific theory to explain the apparent randomness of the process does not prove anything about the existence or not of a creator. This is because the existence of a creator falls outside the boundaries of scientific investigation.
It is the process of random and undirected change (from the theory of evolution), that for me clearly indicates the hand of God in our creation/evolution. It may appear random to me, or to all humans, but we are not God, and accordingly, we don’t understand why he does things the way that he does. I believe God directs the process that science describes as random. There is nothing inconsistent with the theory of evolution and that point of view.
