My dream of a nuke free America goes more toward expending the weapons we have on many strange people with peculiar ideas here and there around the world. Without those pukes, who would need nukes? Obama is an imbecile. He bowed to the saudi king and thinks the rest of the country is ready to go butt-up to the alpha males, no matter who miniature they might be.

The CFR selected BHO for you, because they knew Ron Paul was the right guy.

Don’t just blame yourselves, blame the CFR.

Funny, where the libs will take us.

I think that once they have weakened
our military to the point that they
could not support an Iraq-style operation;
they would have to resort to nukes to survive.

The libs will never really disarm.
They will always hold in reserve the
capability for their owe survival.

This approach more likely leads to nuke war.

Once put in a corner due to conventional-force
weakness; nukes will be a survival move.

Libs don’t think long term.

Libs don’t think long term.

“Libs never give up.

RINO’s don’t think long term.”

Someone needs to send them all “The Art of War.” Seriously.

I’ve not read “On the Beach” but I intend too. However, I did see the movie and I can say it is about the most depressing movie I’ve ever seen. It actually gave me nightmares.

Use their weaknesses against them.

Try goading them into giving up.

If that doesn’t work, you have all other non-defeatist options at your disposal.

Or maybe rob them of their capability to survive.

It was a typical 5-star Obama speech. The problem is...that the Senate...under no circumstance, will allow the government to proceed in this fashion. At best, you might find ten Senators in agreement with him. If you remember the original mess with the Kyoto Treaty...the Senate came to realize the implications...and they wouldn’t pass it. Same deal here. But the European dimwits who cheered don’t realize that....and for months will think about this wonderful idea of no nukes.

The classic fool, Jammah Cahtah, negotiated with North Korea (circa 1993) for the U.S. to build/give the KorComs a light water nuclear reactor, one which could produce power but not be useable for making a weapon. Kimmie said “Sure, genius.”

Immediately upon completion, with Russky help, the KorComs began converting that reactor to a heavy water nuclear reactor...bingo, the KorComs could make a nuclear weapon.

Bambi is Jammah’s heir, another, but larger, fool. What radical head of a rogue state would refuse Bambi’s request, more to the point, what radical would comply.

Now here’s an idea. Everyone should give up their nuclear weapons except rogue states like Iran and North Korea, who will thus become the sole nuclear powers in the world. They will then, of course, realize that they have nothing to fear from any of the former world powers, and will use their nuclear hegonomy to advance great ideas if they have any. Thanks, Obama; anyone ever happen to mention to you that you are full of Sh!+.

Why would AQ/Taliban bother with plotting mischief against the Pres__ent? He’s doing a fine job implementing their agenda as it is. Weakening the country from within so that it eventually can fall without a whimper. From their point of view, why mess with that?

This guy acts and talks like a kindergartner seeing the world through rose-tinted glasses even in a post 9/11 world. Close GITMO, talk to “moderate’ Taliban, and now eliminate all nukes. Thank God we didn’t have him during the Cold War. The Soviet Union would have been emboldened under an iron boot. This is really an Obambi that we got surrounded by Code Pink followers.

You want a World without nuclear weapons? - Make them obsolete. How do you make them obsolete? Make launching them impossible by having the ability to blow them out of the sky. Why spend money on weapons that no longer can get on target?
Reagan tried this, and the left gave the project a demeaning name “star wars” and stood in the way of it ever getting off the drawing board. Nuclear weapons are still a problem today because of Democrats.

That novel, though depressing, is IMO is hardly the most scientifically accurate thing I've ever read. Nevil Shute didn't take the half-life thing into account.

The Chrysalids by John Wyndham... now that shares the crap outta me.

Laudable. No doubt once he’s rid the world of nuclear weapons, the Obamessiah plans to solve the problem of world hunger, develop a cure for cancer, invent a cheap and practical method for cold fusion, rid the people of the world of violent impulses, and show everyone how to live together in peace and harmony.

And while he’s ridding the world of nuclear weapons, he can start with North Korea and Iran; although it must be acknowledged that, so far, he had shown no inclination whatsoever to do so. Or, for that matter, to do anything at all, except talk.

And pass huge new programs of pork barrel taxation.
