I generally find you doomsday nuts a little odd, and nothing more, but this is too funny. Iceland? You really couldn't think of a better bastion of webserver integrity for your survivalist fantasy than Iceland?

And Bluetooth? In the event that the internet is commandeered by a government run amok, how useful do you really think communication devices with ranges in the tens of feet will be? I don't think that your first priority would be a need to use hands-free cellphone headsets. Bluetooth, really?

Bear in mind that this proposed legislation is an abomination, and I'm very interested in whether or not it passes. Now, carry on with the Tom Clancy novel that is your daily life!

As you point out a lot of this pap is probably diversionary and doesn't have a snowballs chance in hell to pass. Problem is we thought that about obozo’s candidacy as well.
