I was curious and thought I'd check the "properties" of the images on the WH page... All with Obama in them have the word "hero" in name.

(Excerpt) Read more at whitehouse.gov ...
I should be more exact. It was just the photos on the homepage, which is a slideshow. It is always about Obama. AT OTHER PLACES on website, other Obama pics are labelled normally (without “hero”) The HOMEPAGE though, are nice pics that I assume they hope the media/public will see and use. I would like to know what the names were yesterday or a month ago, but not sure how to check.
Sorry Obama, my hero died on a cross 2000 years ago...
This is a search engine tactic to make the photos appear when someone searches the word Hero
Under properties it has: http://www.whitehouse.gov/assets/photos/OvalOffice_Reagan_16x9.jpg)
REAGAN LIVES!!
Uhhhh ... X42 was the "Stainist".
The current crew are either Stalinists or Satanists.
Be careful, they'll come after your furniture.
Ego is outrageous.
“Hero” is a term-of-art in photography referring to the best of a series of similar photos.
Not sure if this is a big deal...being on the fringes of the photography/advertising biz, the term “hero” is commonly used to name the “good” shot that you’re going to use in a project.
Since he’s destroyed more wealth than any communist in the history of the universe, it’s no surprise the left loves him.
Then why are the other photos not identified as such?
Send the Whitehouse notes saying it is a missprint and should be Zero.
I am taking bets on how long it will take for the Whitehouse web weenies to change the name.
Anyone want in? Let’s also get it on YouTube. See if it can go viral.
you deep sixed him with that low blow. Couldn’t see the sub coming. LOL
I sent it to Drudge.
Really? Then sorry for fuss.
Yep, and in this case the "hero" is the featured space on a web page.
In special effects model work, it refers to the main filming model, the articulated one (the one with flashing lights or motorized landing legs, etc). There were two Lost in Space robots, one a man could get in and move its arms, etc, and one for background shots.
The term “hero” is commonly used to refer the primary person or pic displayed on the front of any webpage.
so that is the 2010 and 2012 election theme.
Obama goes from Messiah to “hero”.
The are not running a political campaign they are running a CULT.
(literally 1939 germany)
Does anyone have an actual example of this “here” use somewhere else? On other websites?
