Is this one of those trick questions?
El Gato,
THAT is what we are dealing with right now.
As I mentioned earlier, I just got some 9mm
from Maine Military Supply.

OK. But if they do are you gonna allow them to be painted as "racist militia wackjobs? Are you just going to be glad they didn't notice you in the crowd?
Yes.
I just came from the tobacco store. The shelves are empty.
People are hoarding Tobacco too!
You might be amazed at how many of us are former jackboots...
And if you believe the government doesn’t know already that some may NOT follow an “order” to come after us...
I have some bad news for you...
So the trick is to not allow it to get that far...I know that sounds unrealistic considering a lot of people think we are only one crisis away from the government stepping in and pulling the trigger against us...
I say we still have opportunities to keep us on an even keel for a little while longer...
Have a little faith baby, have a little faith... —(Oddball, Kelly’s Heroes)
I still have plenty from my Y2K stockpile. ;~)
Yep - I remember my uncle having a .380 pistol that was marked "9mm Kurz" (9mm Short). I think it was a Walther.
Thats a lot of work, but you have the right idea...Removing the atmosphere from an enclosed space, and filling ever so slightly a small volume of inert gas will work for a while...Just remember nothing is totally leak-proof...
I worked with a Russian engineer (immigrant) at NASA, one of the smartest guys I ever knew to this point, who was a leak expert...He showed me some very basic test principles on the subject...
He would enjoy writing up a quick (and easy to understand) how-to to accomplish what we need to do about this issue...I know there are a lot of ideas how to do this out there already...But I think he’d really have fun figuring this out, considering the need, which he would absolutely understand and support...
Strange how it works out...Russian immigrant tells us another (and probably more effective) way to provide long term storage for firearms and ammunition...
Yeah, but you know...There sure is a lot of wink-wink, nod-nod going on around here...
I like your thinking.
If I have a choice, I’ll start with my 7.62 x 54R at 500-600 yards. They’re gonna have to have their own good bolt rifles to touch me.

The trick is to learn how to blend...
I was fortunate enough to come across a Springfield Armory M1A National Match model about 10 years ago being sold by a gentleman going through a divorce.
I paid an entire $500.00 dollars for it.
