And all the lefties are up in arms, threatening to get Doogan kicked out of office... saying what he did was criminal and blah, blah, blah!

This woman is a coward in my opinion and the lefties screaming are hypocritical. There was no outcry from them when Joe the plumber had his private life dug into. Or any of their other witch hunts for that matter.

Perhaps a lawyer or Constitutionalist can tell me what the law says as far as the right for a person to be able to post incendiary articles and their right to remain anonymous while doing so.

In 1964, he Justices ruled in favor of the NYTIMES in the Sullivan case....so if the statements were “libelous per se,” legal injury being implied without proof of actual damages, and that for the purpose of compensatory damages malice was presumed, so that such damages could be awarded against petitioners if the statements were found to have been published by them and to have related to respondent. .

Why else would the chicken hide? She is guilty of malice because her whole “INTENT” was to defame Governor Palin and her family, whether factual or not. Governor Palin could sue her and win.

Most of all, the woman is a coward and made up everything as she went along. There is not any doubt she is a true “OBAMANITE”.

On a personal note, Governor Palin and others should sue these anti-American guttersnipes. After a few million dollar settlements, many of them would stop blogging and starting malicious lies defaming others they do not agree with without solid proof before posting anything about another they do not agree with Ideologically.
