Sixty percent (60%) of U.S. voters now have an unfavorable opinion of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, including 42% Very Unfavorable, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey. A growing number of her doubters seem to be fellow Democrats.
While these are Pelosis highest negatives yet in the current session of Congress, Republican congressional leaders havent been the beneficiaries. Their numbers remain virtually unchanged.
Thirty-four percent (34%) have a favorable view of Pelosi, with nine percent (9%) Very Favorable. Just seven percent (7%) have no opinion of the speaker.
Two weeks ago, 36% viewed the San Francisco congresswoman favorably (15% Very Favorable) while 53% had an unfavorable opinion of her, including 37% Very Unfavorable. Eleven percent (11%) were undecided.
Fifty-seven percent (57%) of Democrats now view Pelosi favorably, including 16% who have a Very Favorable view. But in the previous survey, 65% of Democrats liked Pelosi, with 27% Very Favorable.
The same goes for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. Forty-three percent (43%) of Democrats see him in a favorable light, including 11% Very Favorable. In the previous survey, Reid had 51% favorables, with 11% Very Favorable.
Among all voters, 29% have a favorable opinion of Reid, with six percent (6%) Very Favorable, and 45% view him unfavorably, with 28% Very Unfavorable. Twenty-seven percent (27%) dont know enough about Reid to have an opinion of him. These numbers show little change from two weeks ago.

LOL. Pelosi is, however, far more crazy and evil.
“Marie-Ann” Pelosi was a direct target at our local tea party. Her favorables can’t possibly be as high as reported— and remember, folks, if she prescribes “government health plan” for ANYONE, then SHE must go in FIRST!!!!! Ha!! Not likely!! Ms. ghirardelli chocolate-Star-Kist tuna-Dole will NEVER allow HErself in a government plan!!
Thanks for the picture. Quite a resemblance, In the craziness I mean.
Congress as a whole is always unpopular. That's why no media mention of Congress from 1995-2005 failed to be prefaced with "The Republican-controlled Congress....". The media had to ensure that people knew who they should hate - Republicans.
Since 2006, NO media story ever mentions which party controls Congress. And since Congress is always unpopular, the media thinks it's just peachy that the Moron Majority thinks Republicans are to blame - and the media isn't going to do a thing to enlighten those idiots.
So let Nazi Pelosi and Dirty Harry be viewed unfavorably - a majority of voters probably think they are Republicans.
