I am just wondering, can anyone tell me why are we not impeaching Obama now, before he does anymore damage?
I am no expert but what is needed to impeach a president. Can anyone here explain what is needed?
It's debatable whether members of Congress can be impeached. The subject has only come up once, when the House voted articles of impeachment against a Senator; the Senate then voted that it didn't have jurisdiction, and then ousted the Senator on its own.
Impeachment and expulsion from office requires a simple majority of the House and two-thirds of the Senate. Expulsion from office requires only a 2/3 vote of the member's own house. It's not impossible, but it's not going to happen.
Obama’s EOs, policies, official actions, etc... can be blocked by either Congress (Who can veto EOs, Bills proposed by TOTUS through the congresscritters they pick to introduce it) and the USSC.
Concentrate on sound Constitutional measures (Contacting your Congresscritters and voting for sound opposition in 2010) instead of unfounded pipe dreams.
If that does not work, stock up on ammunition because if Congress is unwilling to use it's Constitutional powers to stop an authoritarian tyrant, and the USSC ideology is one of letting tyranny rule the day then calling for impeachment is the least of your worries.
How can you impeach someone who wherever he goes people gather with their cameras and shout Obama, Obama. Old women giggle and young girls squeel. The left wing press and tv support him as do the weak minded who believe he is the messiah. Troubling times ahead for sure.

Only way to get him impeached is for him to turn sharply to the right and start governing like Reagan. The Dems would then be happy to get rid of him.
You just never know who the lightning will hit.
Obama is not the problem.
The fact that he was elected, along with a drunk-with-power Congressional majority that thinks like he does, reflecting the degeneration of the People - that's the problem.
Obama would not be impeached by a Republican Congress, trumandogz, and you know it. Most of them are just as bad.
2010 is our hope...Romney/Jindal also, in 2012. They will come through for us, I know it.
He won’t be impeached, but I do believe that he will be removed, in some fashion or other; most likely by the military (assuming we still have some warriors left among the generals). Perhaps Petraeus will soon turn his attention to domestic foes. One can only wish.

Sadly, they’ve been indoctrinated to think that way. In the history of humankind, I know of not a single instance this socialistic mentality worked for more than about 1 generation before beginning to crumble, it may be a slow crumble that takes a few more generations, but as soon as people are born into a lifestyle they cannot see a better ending too, they start to resent it.
What on earth does “Stacking Magazines” mean? It gave me a chuckle because I’m boxing them for fuel. LOL.
