Which others? None of the cases have been actually in the Supreme Court. That was a Net Show performed by the clerks.

None of the filings sent to the US DOJ made it to officials either. Confirmed by the DOJ 2 days ago.

Many clerks and busy shredders.

They weren’t thrown out. A clerk didn’t forward them as he was supposed to and posted on the SCOTUS website that he did.
