I'm listening to this on the radio and thinking of the Kennedy-Nixon debate. I'm sure no one believes I'm trying to be objective, but this guy sounds like he has a learning disability. That's not a joke ala “Special Olympics,” I mean he stutters like someone who has focus issues.
