There must be some article on Dodd’s admission that he put in the amendment that exempted those contracts from any restriction in the porkulus bill. As to the Tax Cheat knowing about it, I got that from Rush, who said the Tax Cheat was head of the NY Treasury (?) at the time of the first TARP, and knew of the AIG bonuses as far back as 10/08. Sorry I don’t have more info.
