No left/right head movements tonight reading from the two teleprompters. But I have seen him look down a time or two, so the computer screen is apparently not eye level.

It's under the camera. Apparently there were complaints that he never looks directly at the audience, because he's watching TOTUS on the right and left, so today the screen is below the camera so he can look at the camera.
