Not all gays are violent.

However, some of the most violent people in history have been gay.

Nearly every serial killer was gay or bisexual.

The Nazi Brown-shirts were gay.

These threats need to be publicized, and the lawsuit will be a vehicle to embarrass these loons.

if the homo response is valid, then have at it... time to compile a list of all those opposed (homo supporters) and submit them to the NAMBLA mailing list, along with any other similar type of publication.

have them delivered to their home and work.

i would say such treatment would be mild compared to having your house/car vandalized, harassed at work, obscene calls all hours of the night, and churches torched.

the KKK could learn a thing or two from these people...

Voter intimidation is ok as long as the victims are white and/or straight.

IIRC, Charles LiMandri was the lead attorney for the preservation of the Mt. Soledad National War Memorial a few years ago. A district judge had ordered the destruction of the memorial cross, because an atheist had objected to seeing the cross. The cross (and land) was transferred to the federal government. He seems to be on the right side of these issues.

No one knows where Obama’s thesis is or wjat is was on.

No one knows what grades or even courses Obama took at Occidental, Columbia or Harvard.

No one knows If Obama completed a single course.

But we know the owners of every secret ballot and contribution to prop 8.

Homosexuality and all of its allied perversions is mental disease, no more, no less.

Those crying foul have either short or selective memories, he said. In 1978, donors to the campaign against California's Proposition 6, which would have banned gays from working in the state's public schools, also risked being harassed, fired or blacklisted.

But not a single instance of actual harassment, firing, the many forms of threats already listed, or blacklisting, is offered.
