Sixteen? Wow, that is really sad. This is looking worse and worse, because a sixteen year old can’t be held completely responsible, or at least won’t be held completely responsible.

I grew up in California and I HAVE been to Oakland. I knew you hadn’t been because if you ever had been to Oakland you would know you are talking out of the wrong side of your mouth right now and while it is “possible” this was an illegal the odds are much higher that it wasn’t — being this is Oakland.
Will anyone in the media dare to ask the suspects immigration status?
I know the odds, I am angry due to the fact that this may very well have been avoided. I know the fallen as well.
Yep, I lived a hop, skip and a jump from Oakland (San Leandro) for about three years. There aren’t to many Mexicans to be found in Oakland.
I have only one side to my mouth. Do you live there? I`m guessing you visited.

As for being Flame Proof, FReepers don’t tend to throw flames at each other — it’s impolite. But when we do it is a gory sight marvellous to behold, the stuff of Legend.

I think that might depend entirely upon who the killer was — if it was a brother officer, for example, I would certainly care. And no, I am not a cop.
And if I were to “mow down a killer” I would almost certainly have some Shooter’s Remorse, and would almost certainly require some therapy. Which is exactly what police departments around the world do when they have to “mow down a killer.”
Anybody who didn’t care about “mowing down a killer” would qualify for being a sociopath, unfit to serve in any capacity.

I already told you I grew up in California and yes, I’ve been to Oakland, more than once and, unlike you I know what Oakland is about. Sometimes it’s best to wait for facts before we jump to conclusions about a situation.
