what is this????????????? passed as an admenment on HR 1388
.
It is a violation of the 1st Amendment, that’s what it is.
Political speech, and the freedom to express it, is what the 1st Amendment of our nation’s Constitution is all about. Pornography was never intended by the founding father’s to be an expression of political speech.
Did you catch this one “recruit public safety officers”? It smacks at his civilian military.
No volunteers can be politically active -
Just paid members of subversive organizations using taxpayer money to create chaos and wreak havoc to the election system.
Maybe so, but most Dims refuse to admit that ACORN ever did anything “partisan”.
...Amendment, What’s that? Ohhh yea, the other part of the constitution that was flushed down the toilet years ago...

Ping.
Wealth ultimately is memory and expression, just like a computer’s wealth is his chip memory size.
It all fits perfectly in the Marxist syndrome of shaming and wealth destruction via “clean slate” promises through becoming Obama’s volunteer and surrendering all wealth and speech as a result to the “opinion maker.”
It’s like an IRS of your brains. This is complete hubris and madness. They’ll use any “unclean” excuse on you to harass you now, and PC rules in that favor.
“Unconstitutional” seems to have no effect on these people; I propose promoting it to the level of “contra-Constitutional”.
It’s the first step in creating Obama’a snd Soros’ private army. The stench of it is seeping from my monitor.
>Thanks that cleared it up.

>Prohibited Activities.A participant in an approved national service position under this subtitle may not engage in the following activities:
>``(1) Attempting to influence legislation.
Does this include multiple recounts, with differing criteria? What about poll-workers “finding” boxes of ballots? What about the clercks that certify polls wherein more than 100% of the voters “voted”?
>``(2) Organizing or engaging in protests, petitions, boycotts, or strikes.
Organizing boycotts? Like a “buy American” provision in legislation, effectively boycotting ALL foreign products? “Engaging in”... does that mean that, as a “national service employee,” I would be unable to express myself in such ways? Does being a member of the armed forces qualify one for inclusion into the term “national service position”?
>``(3) Assisting, promoting, or deterring union organizing.
With the levels of Government intrusion into people’s lives, is this even possible?
>``(4) Impairing existing contracts for services or collective bargaining agreements.
...Like TRICARE and/or VA health benefits for our military members who’ve served for us? What about the Constitution, which is a contract between the People and the Government?
>``(5) Engaging in partisan political activities, or other activities designed to influence the outcome of an election to any public office.
Again, see objections/questions raised in points 1 & 2.
>``(6) Participating in, or endorsing, events or activities that are likely to include advocacy for or against political parties, political platforms, political candidates, proposed legislation, or elected officials.
Again, mere participation is barred. Not only that, but if an elected person is put under indictment by a federal Grand Jury, this would bar any person serving in the aforementioned service-positions from participating in that Jury.
>``(7) Engaging in religious instruction, conducting worship services, providing instruction as part of a program that includes mandatory religious instruction or worship, constructing or operating facilities devoted to religious instruction or worship, maintaining facilities primarily or inherently devoted to religious instruction or worship, or engaging in any form of religious proselytization.
Ah, so now these said persons are barred from being pastors, leading a Bible-study, serving on a board of directors/deacons for any congregation which has a Constitution (and arguably a statement of faith), volunteering to help clean (or repair or build-for) their own church, FINALLY they are barred from practicing their religion if it includes any sort of admonition to make converts.
Good questions to be asked of your Congress man. I dont have a clue any more
