He was saying that he didn’t insert the ‘date’ language in to the bill, that it was inserted by the compromise committee.

The alternative was to admit that clauses enter legislation on their own volition and that is a much bigger can of worms. A critical press will rip him a new one on his original “what, I didn’t write that!” stand. Too bad we don’t have one in the mainstream media markets.

Chris Dodd is Senator from Connecticut and lots of Wall Street workers and top executives live in Connecticut. Dodd made sure his people were taken care of at the expense of the American taxpayer. Perhaps he was urged to (bribed even) by some of these top executives. Merrill Lynch paid out 4 billion in bonuses last December and that was also taxpayer money

No honor, no statesmanship, no dignity, no responsibility, and no soul. We are stuck with these freeloading a$$holes for as long as ACORN and the bums in their state can fix their elections.
Make sure that the AG of your state is a Pubbie, then have your election. Attack ACORN and every lefty "community organizers" that you have around. Sue them, report them to law enforcement, report them to the feds.
