Was your brother born in Hawaii? If so, and he has a fraudulent birth certificate that says he was born there, and an original that says he wasn't, he should contact one of the lawyers filing these suits -- because they haven't come up with any proof for the allegation that Hawaii issued birth certificates for children born out of state that indicated they were born in Hawaii -- a claim you see all the time on these threads.
