Maxine? You need to resign. We all know you won’t, that you’ll hold on to that seat until they tie a tag to your fat stinking toe, but the demand for you to resign is pro forma.
“House Financial Services Committee Chairman Barney Frank, D-Mass., told the Los Angeles Times he advised Waters last fall to “stay out of it” because he knew her husband had served on the bank board.
Frank also told the newspaper he was unaware of any contacts Waters may have had with Treasury.”
This is rather interesting! Blarney seems to be distancing himself from Smaxine in that second sentence. Maybe Smaxine is in BIG trouble, that can’t be covered up this time? I hope so!
