We have a Contitutional Amendment that says the state cannot require you to involuntary servitude. I expect the SCOTUS to challenge IF it’s passed.
The 13th Amendmentt:
Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime where of the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. Section
2. Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
However these people will make it a crime not to bow down to the new, dear leader and your punishment will be deemed a voluntary stay at their "campus"
This also come to mind:
"The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws" ~~Ayn Rand
Between the natural born citizen issue and the extra Constitutional representation for DC, SCOTUS and the other members of the power elite demonstrate their view. Clearly, to them the Constitution is just tissue paper to be tossed aside when inconvenient.
Are you kidding? The Nazi bastards are already in the process of figuring out how they can nullify the SC or at least pack it so that the Executive and Legislative branches hold all of the power.
