We have a Contitutional Amendment that says the state cannot require you to involuntary servitude. I expect the SCOTUS to challenge IF it’s passed.

Between the natural born citizen issue and the extra Constitutional representation for DC, SCOTUS and the other members of the power elite demonstrate their view. Clearly, to them the Constitution is just tissue paper to be tossed aside when inconvenient.

I agree with you on that, but they better be careful because there is no need for a constitution, there isn’t much need for a SCOTUS.
