Hi. I’m new here, but I spent teen years in Brussels, Belgium 1985-1989. There were certain areas I wouldn’t even get out of my father’s van for fear of the innocent Moroccan “youths”. When downtown, groups of them would start to follow us around menacingly and we’d switch from speaking English to speaking French out of fear. One New Year’s Eve, a group of Moroccan revelers separated a 14 year old American girl from our group and groped her all over. It took about 7 football players punching and kicking to get her out. This has been a problem for decades.
