Says Atlanta may not have any water soon because of “changing weather patterns”.

Probably because of poor city planning. These boom towns have found themselves out of water before.

Not all poor city planning. The Army Corps of Engineers releases additional water from Lake Lanier in Georgia for Alabama and Florida. It’s an ongoing fight between the three states. Part of the reason Florida needs it is for endangered mussels.
