Defensive? Yes. See thats the problem. You seem to be concerned that someone defending their faith may make in your words a small % of error while you militantly, and arrogantly defend your lack of faith.
I think this paragraph says enough. You are saying that you're "defending your faith" which is perfectly fine. But that's the problem here - YOU are defending (though against what, I don't know. Me? I hope not.) your faith in your god.
These articles are merely Christian apolgetics. They take real scientists' work and twist them to suit their creationist needs. In my word, supernaturalism and science do not intersect. It's that simple (for me).
It doesnt make sense to me... what are you trying to save us pitiful creationists from?
Lies. Bad science. Twisted logic. Ignorance. It's my tiny attempt to save the Republican party from becoming a laughng stock. (Though Steele is making that impossible, unfortunately.)
At least we believe in some nobler cause and a salvation from a terrible fate.
Advice: Mocking science and those who accept it and calling people assholes does your "noble cause" a disservice.

And so we descend into the depths once more... My premise is that instead of answering questions. You people always ask them then play the whipped little puppy card when you’re challenged. Regardless of what you believe you and those like you are still in the minority... For now, God help us.
You speak for the Republicans, sure; conservatives notsomuch. And if you are what the Republican party is going to become you can have it. I however will try my best to see that those who ridicule God and Christian beliefs never become the face of the GOP.
