Doesnt it say for law enforcement? It doesnt say they cant be used, IIRC.
The thing I have a problem with is this- Bush pushed for things because of Katrina and 9/11 which I trusted, and now if Obama were to do the same thing, I would distrust. I fear there are many like me who for party loyalty let some things slide. It is so clear now. I hope other conservatives can see this quickly.
