I'm guessing Roberts

You are very likely correct. It was Roberts who agreed to, and presided over what was essentially an ex parte proceeding (highly unusual and certainly unethical) in which Comrade 0bama was invited to meet with the Supreme Court Justices prior to 20 January 09. This, at a time when there were (and presumably still are) cases on the docket before the SCOTUS challenging 0bama's eligibility to serve as President.

The only judge which did not participate in this was Sam Alito.

To invite a party to a pending case to meet privately with a judge or judges without the presence of the opposing party is (I believe), a violation of the American Bar Association's code of ethics.

So your guess about Roberts is probably a good one.

I’m guessing Roberts.

That would be almost too coincidental. That would mark twice in our history that the socialist undermining of the Constitution was enabled by a supposedly conservative turncoat on the Supreme Court named "Roberts". Owen was the first.

I’m guessing Roberts.

Good guess. It's my guess too. I'm also guessing Roberts is waiting for the "right time" to vote yes on one of these cases.

My instinct was Roberts too. He swore him in, after all.

I agree. It’s Roberts.

I’m sure he understands that the best thing for our country and the conservative movement is for Obama to fail.
