Welcome to the Twilight Zone. After 95% of Whites have fled Chicago and its Public schools - 'BUSING to achieve racial balance' is still the mandate (law).
A couple/few years ago, even a Federal Judge said the Busing Mandate from the 70's is now utter nonsense and accomplishes nothing as there are no 'segregated' white schools left to integrate and he wanted to end busing. But ... (cue Twilight Zone music) ... The Chicago Public School System FOUGHT TO KEEP BUSING IN PLACE. And it is!
So now black students are bused from their own black neighborhood, and black school, to a black neighborhood & black school across town. The same for hispanic kids in hispanic neighborhoods. They get on the bus to go to another hispanic school. Now someone with anything more than pea brain would surmise that the way the School system fought to keep this, someone is making some money off this scam.
There are barely any whites left in Chicago, especially school age. Hispanics are the Majority Minority #1, then Blacks and then the White folks -- about 20,000 yuppie Cubs fans and my Mother-In-Law (she just won't move).
These aren't "students", they're gang banging criminals of protected minority persuasions. And they're only purpose of being in a 'school' is to recruit new gang members.
