That has been going on for 50 years. It's called welfare. We piled up $5 trillion in debt in the "war on poverty". All it did was foster multiple generations of fatherless black families living on the government dole. Obama is just upping the ante now. LBJ's massive failure wasn't lesson enough.

I've always thought that by blacks voting Democrat, they're ironically voting to enslave all of us. Sort of like liberal Jews and their passion for gun control.
