I use the Graphic Manipulation Image Program or GIMP. It's free! You can get it for
Windows or you can make a live
Ubuntu CD to boot your computer from without having to touch your hard drive. (Ubuntu is a Linux version that comes bundled with GIMP). Except for whatever you pay for a blank CD this too is free!
