While in private practice, he served as president of the District of Columbia Bar, co-chair of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.
This Lawyers’ Committee has as its major objective to use the skills and resources of the bar to obtain equal opportunity for minorities by addressing factors that contribute to racial justice and economic opportunity. Given our nation's history of racial discrimination, de jure segregation, and the de facto inequities that persist, the Lawyers' Committee's primary focus is to represent the interest of African Americans in particular, other racial and ethnic minorities, and other victims of discrimination, where doing so can help to secure justice for all racial and ethnic minorities.
Or, in other words, an organization perfectly matching Obama's agendas.

Judge Robertson resigned from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, sending a letter to United States Chief Justice John G. Roberts announcing his resignation with no explanation. The Washington Post reported the resignation was related to the Bush administration's surveillance of international communications and phone calls sent or received in the United States, without judicial warrants.

If that judge had any class at all, he would have disqualified himself.
Forgive my ignorance, but why can’t these types of lawsuits be filed in courts where the judges are NOT democrap appointed or big democrap donors? It seems that so much of the legal profession is beholden to the left and that it’s all a matter of money here.
