Well not that its a 911 issue but she does have a real beef... If I order X and you take the money give me X or my money back..
I have never had a fast food joint substitute on purpose without asking first. Forget stuff, yes. Charge too much, yes. Mix up my order with the last guy’s, yes. But they’ve never purposely substituted because they’re out of what I asked, and then told me to suck it up.
I have a feeling our Obamaniac isn’t telling the whole story. More likely they asked if she wanted to substitute and she was too busy gabbing on her cell phone to listen so she just said “Sure,” and didn’t know what was going on until she got her food.
Seems like a poor policy, no sale is ever final especially if you don’t give me what I paid for.
McDonolds food and customer service suck anyway.
