What are you talking about, Joe?

Yugoslavia existed as a country for nearly 70 years, and was a founding member of the UN. It was a parliamentary democracy modeled on England until rising fascism pre-WWII forced it to declare martial law. Then, during WWII, communists inside the British government altered reports, convincing Churchill that the communist Tito was "their guy". And we in the West backed Tito for the next 40 years.

And what does "a Yugolav" have to do with this article?
