Another source reported that the POE documents are now in the hands of Phillip Berg.
He has a great deal of documentation, collected for his case to be presented to SCOTUS. Much of it has not been made public but the scuttlebutt gets around to those who are involved in exposing Obama (for what he really is - a foreign national and fraud).
I thought the Gov, Lt. Gov and the State's Registrar where all Republicans. And, I'm assuming from you answer that you do indeed think that the State of HI, and apparently other states, are in the business of storing - for whatever reason - birth certificates that are issued somewhere else.
Does that really make sense?
Orly is not sweating it out in the desert in Iraq.
It is a different matter entirely for Active Military like Lt. Easterling.
An Army Lieutenant simply does not have the discretion to disobey an Order unless he can prove that said Order is unlawful.
Orly has not proven that any of BO’s Orders are unlawful.
Frankly, I doubt that Orly can prove anything other than she might be a fair Dentist.
I agree with everything you said except that I will not only be very happy to say “I told you so” over and over again, I want to rub it into their faces.

From researching this, it looks like all the links eventually get back to Ed Hale on Plains Radio, starting in early January. Given what I’ve heard about Plains Radio recently, I remain skeptical. Can someone clarify what a “port of entry document” is, and where it would normally be kept?
And is it something you could get on a private citizen through FOIA?

I don’t think any of the military members signed on to a case will disobey orders. I know that Orly has made it very clear that they should certainly obey all orders.
It has been interesting to follow some of the investigations that have developed.
There was a group of anti-Obama researchers in Hawaii who used personal contacts within all the hospitals on the islands there to delve into hospital records. What they discovered was that Stanley Ann Dunham Obama was never a patient at any Hawaiian hospital during all of 1961 and no baby named Barack Hussein Obama had been born there during 1961.
Would that be considered valid research. No, it would not. But is sure would be considered important “intelligence” during wartime, if you catch my drift!
re: the POE document. I am fairly certain I heard someone, I think Steve Pidgeon, correct Ed Hale on air. I believe the correction was that it was not a POE for mommaStan that was being sought, and the date was not 1961 but 1981 or 1982. Hopefully someone else with a better memory or a link to the podcast can jump in, or correct the record if my memory is completely wrong.

Where and when and how did Orly make it “clear.”
It does not sound like the Law was very clear to Orly in this Article from Military.com:
“California dentist turned attorney Orly Taitz, who has brought the lawsuit, told Military.com Tuesday that it is her “understanding that there will not be a serious consequence to his career [for his statements], but I don’t know for sure.”
Blue Dress/COLB. Same thing, only the US Constitution did not give us a right to see the blue dress as does Article II , section 1. Thank goodness that back then we had a functioning FBI, rather than the newly weird Secret Service active during the last election cycle, and Homeland Security which some say has a new law interpretation against inciting insurrection ( against the president).

Orly is exactly on the right track,which is why she suddenly has such a plethora of detractors, whatever one might say about details.
May she and all similarly involved ultimately be victorious over the fascist plague that is Obama.

Thanks for the detail. It’s hard to untangle sometimes what we actually know, and when speculation is cited as fact. API-type incidents have made me very wary.
Orly is reckless. We all better find a Ex-JAG officer group of attorneys to step in to help our soldiers out. She really is not qualified to run a court case. She needs an experienced attorney to run her cases and keep her on a short leash.
Speaking from the experience of having tried to work with Orly, I agree with you 100%.
