For myself and a lot of others here, we’ll reserve judgment, push to uncover the facts BHO is so vigorously hiding, and try our damnedest NOT to say, “Told you so,” when the truth comes out.

Please show me a source for the claim Obama’s sister made. I doubt there is one, because I think someone remembered the interview incorrectly.
I have heard that he was called Barry before Columbia and Barack after, but never that he changed last names. He obviously went by Barry Obama from 5th grade through high school, as evidenced by several yearbooks, that can be found easily online. Surely someone at one of his schools would have said something if he went by Barry Soetoro. Not one person has stepped forward to say he used a different name.
I am not foisting incorrect assertions onto the record, so please stop with the insults. I have provided evidence for my claim that he was known as Barry Obama in High School. You have provided zero evidence except for an unsupported claim by someone saying they heard Obama’s sister say it.

Exactly, if bo or his lawyers thought that there was any way that they could release any of the files that are being sought by Berg et al; and then spin them in bo’s favor, then THEY WOULD RELEASE ALL THE FILES: BC, SCHOOL RECORDS, TRAVEL RECORDS ETC.

You're showing impertinence by foisting this statement as well, in light of the clear evidentiary reference to the sister's CNN interview. If this turns out to be substantially correct, you will have been shown in at least twice to be completely counterproductive to discussion of this issue. People will rightly suspect you're simply an Obot troll.

I asked you for the source of your claim that Obama’s sister made the claim. Until someone can provide more than an unsubstantiated claim, then it is not evidentiary. It is only speculation. I already gave you a link to a copy of Obama’s yearbook. There are more.

I am not being counterproductive, and while I don’t know or care what Matesian logic is, I have basic common sense. I have provided actual proof that he was known as Obama, not Soetoro, during junior high, high school, and college. You have restated a comment, made by someone you don’t know, with no additional evidence whatsoever. Yet, you claim I am illogical. The only logic I see here, is that when you have no answer for the information I am providing, you resort to calling me an Obot troll. To clarify, are you implying that the State of HI is in the practice of keeping Birth Certificates from other states or even country's on file? Why in the world would they do that? Does any state do that?

Well..., there is certainly a lot of confusing information on the subject of Obama, that’s for sure. It does make it more difficult when one seals up everything that they can, which other people can use to find out more information.
In any case, for anyone wanting to get damaging information about Obama to use in the future (like for instance, the next Presidential election), the information gathered should be solid and it should be significant (i.e., something that is going to capture the voting electorate’s attention). Not all information is going to be important in that regard, even though one might want to know it for oneself (if for no other reason than “self-confirmation” about what they think about Obama).

I would suggest to Orly’s clients — to “get a lawyer” before they join up with *that* lawyer... LOL..
The Oklahoma legislator who is putting through that bill to make it a law to show specific documentation to prove that one is qualified for office (not just the President, but all offices, too...) — was also thinking about joining in the case. BUT, he also wisely said he would be consulting with some oversight committee in the legislature about what legislators are allowed to do and what is proper and what is not — and in addition to that, he is going to consult with his own lawyer, first, too — before he proceeds. And he won’t proceed until he gets that “okay” from them...
That’s probably why he’s successful at the current time. And it’s the ignoring of these kinds of things that get other people “in trouble”, too... :-)

Really! It’s one thing if you know exactly what you’re getting into and you are willing to *pay the price* for it. That would be what a good lawyer would do, let you know about any such consequences and what can happen. If one goes ahead on that basis and their life is ruined from that point forward — at least they can’t say that they didn’t understand or thought that their “cause” was “righteous enough” so that they couldn’t lose...

Oh..., one more thing about that. What a lot of people don’t realize (it seems...) is that we’ve got a *system* of government — and that *both sides* of the political spectrum have a vested interest in *preserving* that system. That means supporting its *mechanisms* regardless of political persuasions.
One particular example of that, would be that no President or Congressman, no matter what side of the aisle they were on, would tolerate a military that was not under the command of the Commander in Chief, no matter what the political troubles were — and short of an Impeachment and Conviction process. That would “break down the system” to allow anything like rebellion to occur, no matter what your own political persuasion was or is. Neither side will allow that to happen, no matter what.
And the military itself, within its own ranks would never tolerate any dissension based on unproven allegations or political talk or anything else — interfering with orders and commands from the Commander in Chief, coming down the line of command. If they allowed even a *hint* of this to happen — at all — it would break down the system in short order. They can’t allow this to happen, in order to preserve for *all holders* of the Office of President of the United States — for him to be Commander in Chief.
Those are the kinds of precedents that agencies and other administrators and workers have to think of — for preserving the system and making sure it can function well, in spite of political disagreements or dissension in the public.

And *part of that system* is to get a court of law to decide things and validate evidence if it is going to be used against someone, and also, for a President, to go through the methodology of removing a President from office, by using the Constitutional provision of Impeachment and Conviction. That’s the system and it will be *preserved* throughout all this stuff — no matter what. All three branches of government will work towards that main goal, while trying to sort out anything else.
