Look at a map. Kansas City, Kansas, Topeka, Lawrence. Heavy Dem votes in those areas.

Why? Black? Teachers? Government workers? Unions?

All of those reasons.
Also, we have had a virtual Civil War within the Republican Party, for several years now.
The Moderates, supported by the local media, have made it very difficult for conservatives, but we are doing better.

Perhaps the most militantly pro-abortion governor in the country.

So, how in the H**L did such a supposedly conservative state elect such a feminazi? I'm really at a loss.

The GOP was split between the moderates and the conservatives. The leader of the “moderate” wing switched parties to run with Sebelius as the Lt Gov. Sebelius campaigned as a pragmatic moderate on fiscal issues.

HHS = Health and Human Services, is that correct? ... So how is it that a woman who promoted and protected infant slaughter in Kansas can promote ‘Health’, much less represent humans when she’s been a major enabler of murdering alive being born children? ... Oh, I forgot, this IS the Obamessiah’s administration and vision for Amerika.

Not sure if I should dance and cheer for Kansas or weep for the rest of the country! But one thing that gets me is Tiller has finally made it to Washington even if it is riding on Kathy’s shirttails.

The people of Kansas must be happy now, Bredesen from Tennessee was being looked at but a Republican would have become governor and the move on’s and other lefties told Obama no way.

The Moderates, supported by the local media,

We need to be thinking about how to make the local media irrelevant. Have a talk with the local auto dealers. They buy most of the ads on these local communist propaganda outlets. Cut them off and starve them. Hype leftist drivel and go broke.

Whatever. In 2010, both the Tennessee and Kansas governorships will be in GOP hands. The days of Democrats in Kansas and Tennessee are over. Obama has radicalized and ACORNized the Democrat party. The southern/moderate Dems are done.

Because Obama’s ultimate vision includes “universal” healthcare for all including abortion and euthanasia.
