It is not a SS increase. You get your pension out of a 401k. My wife has her amount set at what she takes out, how much she puts into tax payments each month, thus no extra money. My retired pay has given no notice of any change in pay and they always notify us one way or the other if anything changes. So, I think this is just the tax withholding from taxes you pay at your job.
