He just said he found 2 trillion in the budget by getting rid of programs that don’t work. Eliminate the no bid contracts and reform our defense budget so that we are not paying for weapon systems we dont use. We will root out the waste and fraud and abuse to our medicare system, and tax codes that ship our jobs overseas.
