Whoa, I zoned for a moment and woke up in the middle of Rush saying something about a city has a program to help people pay down their debt so they qualify for a house??? Not just a first time buyer’s program, but to pay off debt??? wtf?
Houston wants to give residents cash grants so they can pay off their credit card bills, boost their credit rating, and qualify for special city subsidized home loans. You can’t make this stuff up.
