Nope.
Term limits would put the country (further) in the hands of Congressional staffs - a bunch of folks who never have to stand for election or leave their lairs in DC.

Think about it - most Congresscritters spend their every waking moment raising money for or campaigning for their next election, with occasional breaks to visit the Capitol and vote on bills they haven't read (their staff prepared an executive summary for them...) and didn't write (lobbyists, think tanks, or their staff wrote them...).

What we really need is to change the relationship between Congress and the rest of Federal Government: Don't you think its a conflict of interest that Congresscritters are essentially employees of the Federal Government?

Maybe but, it would greatly increase the lobbyists, which are mostly comprised of retired congresscritters.
