It is all over our local news here in the OKC area — would expect more of these to show up in the days ahead.

Bad public relations for the police department caused by one officer who is thin skinned.

Please find a picture of the cop for us. Even if only a link to a story showing his face. His own stupidity needs to be exposed.

Who made the call to the SS? Was the referral approved by the arresting officer's superiors? I just don't believe that this is the work of a rogue police officer. The officer's superiors must be part of it.

I certainly hope all Oklahomans contact whoever is the most effective, and raise a stink about this!

That said, let’s play “devil’s advocate” for a minute.

The Secret Service is charged to protect our President, no matter how big a lying socialist he might be. I have read that there have been more threats against President Obama than ever before.

I would assume we all want none of these threats to be followed through and/or succeed, for obvious reasons. Therefore, the Secret Service had no choice but to follow up.

About the warrant being required, I must admit that I am ignorant enough not to know whether the Secret Service requires a warrant. If I had nothing to hide, I would probably be intimidated enough to let them in without one, particularly if I had no evil intent, and nothing to hide.

But, my two Belgian Malinois might not be so friendly, so to protect their little furry faces, I would probably put them in their crates, once I has asked to see the Secret Agentmen’s bona fides, and made a call to whoever to make sure they were who they said they were.

If questioned as to why I was so concerned, I would tell them that too many bad guys out there are impersonating LE these days, and ya just can’t be too careful before opening your door to just anyone! And, I would be doing my very best to look at them suspiciously, as if they were impersonators.
