Right. Ron Paul for President!! ROFLOL!!
I’m just saying that there are already people in Meetups who love the U. S. Constitution and the U. S. Bill of Rights and will protect them, ya’ know?
Sorry, Ron Paul does not impress me. And I’m not interested in joining with folks who ally themselves with our enemies.

I’m not sure who you mean by “enemies”????
And that seems to be a big part of the problem.
I think you mean the Far Left-Wing Liberals, Chicago Thugs, and Alinsky groups perhaps?

Hi Jim,
is it possible to make the message boards combined or linked, so we can post and share discussion on more than one?
Like we have NY NJ PA area that we could use the tri-state board to communicate among ourselves?
For now it looks like one has unsubsrcibe from one to join another to be able to post there and then back.
Thanks!
Leo
Do you think that the lefties like your brother in law will come to their senses one of these days & reject the policies of Obama, that will be taxing us all into poverty?
Maybe Obama has already overstepped and we’re starting to see a revolt not just of the Right, but the Left, too.
No. He still forwards his daily Obama Action emails to my wife.
Retired Greyhound, You all need to put a stop to that now. If your wife doesn’t appreciate those Obama Action e-mails from him, she needs to tell him to stop.
Actually, she likes to read them so that we know what the enemy is up to.
I am going to get on his insider list so I recieve the text when he orders his minions to start arresting conservatives.
Another factor is that many of the people who had the passion and energy to organize these things are no longer Freepers. Some of them walked away, and others were banned. A few more walked away after others were banned. Those people may still have a vision for change and the desire to act for change, but disagreements drove them from us and us from them. We aren't as unified as we were fifteen years ago.

The problem is that even when we agree on principles, we don't agree on the path forward on those principles or the issues that surround them. Plenty of us who believe strongly in the Second Amendment eventually decided that we could forgive past statements by Mitt Romney and believed that he would do no harm to us as president. We enthusiastically supported his candidacy. Others who hold to the same principles believed that he was just playing games and would grab our guns as quickly as the Democrats would if he ever reached the White House. Ultimately, we're each going to spend our efforts in the direction that we think is best.
