I have to go spend some of my time down in El Paso over the next few years. Maybe you can come down when I’m down that way and we can introduce some of the Texans to the part of barbeque that is outside the sub-set of burned-tough-steak.
Do you have anything that will pull a 5400 cubic foot 22,000 lb. smoker?
