I believe in states rights. I don’t believe that we will EVER get back there.
Alaska, Oregon and California are either voting or have voted to legalize marijuana. If you believe in states rights, then I would guess you would not have a problem with this? Or do you only believe in states rights when they agree with what you believe?
I take that to mean you are against using the Commerce Clause to legislate crime, health and social issues.
Now, do you think using the Commerce Clause to legislate a national prohibition on marijuana is in keeping with its original understanding?
