I see John Bricker lived into his 90’s. Too bad he was a ‘58 victim.
The guy that beat Bricker, Stephen Young, was a Socialist moonbat who was in elective office on and off for 60 years (1913-1971). The execrable Howard Metzenbaum was a disciple of his. He would’ve been a one-term fluke had he not been carried to a 2nd term by the anti-Goldwater landslide (even at that, Young only beat Bob Taft, Jr. by less than 17,000 votes (they tied 50-50%)). Young lived to be 95 (and got to see Metzenbaum take his seat, albeit 6 years after he intended him to).
