My understanding is that the naturally occurring form of it is what is getting the axe. The synthetic form will still be available.
The previous link definitely lists them as two different compounds. From wikipedia:
“Pyridoxamine is one of the compounds composing vitamin B6, along with Pyridoxal and Pyridoxine. It is converted to the biologically active form pyridoxal 5-phosphate.”
