About time, Emergency treatment OK, but coming up for dialysis and other long term care, send them back. Other States are doing this now. FYI - if a patient needs treatment in some states, and they can't afford it, the loosing state buys them a 1 way ticket to CA for treatment

Exactly. Dialysis is horribly expensive. Unfortunately minorities are more prone to kidney disease anyway. Their native diet would be much better for them than the American food they get here.
