“Arlen Specter is DONE,” wrote a blogger named steelfish on the FreeRepublic Web site. “He won his last primary by less than 1 percent against a real conservative of Pat Toomey. And only because the President Bush came to PA and campaigned for him. He is DONE.”
Specter is up for re-election in 2010. Washington Republican strategists tell Newsmax this weekend that Specter's defection has sealed the deal: he will face a primary for the GOP nomination.

Vote them all out!!!! Too bad we can’t do recalls on our Congress people, it would be easier to end this cycle of crappy representatives.
If the economy tanks,which I’m pretty sure it will after this madness, then there is a chance even Pennsylvania will turn on the dims and if we can send Specter packing we have a chance to get a conservative in that seat. At least that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
Actually its. it pretty much batted an accuracy zero on it references to FR.
I live in Tennessee and just yesterday, the TN GOP booted crook Speaker Williams out of the party. The GOP won control of both state houses for the first time since the civil war and Williams aligned with 49 Democrats to vote himself Speaker, against the full TN GOP.
We gave him the boot immediately and that is exactly what should happen to Collins, Specter and Snowe, all of whom will vote with Democrats for the next two years anyway.
I thought he had cancer and it had returned back in the fall so he might not even make it to 2010 anyway.

As soon as the vote was over, Obama announced that he is “open to expanding the bailout package.”
In other words, they know that the first trillion won’t work and they are already moving on to the next trillion in government growth...
I just hope there is still a nation worth saving come 2010...
Now it all makes sense. Because of soaring unemployment and a worsening recession, the three blackhearted stooges have decided to ration health care to helpless elderly patients. Good thinking!
