If the purpose of this press conference was to turn around public opinion on the stimulus bill - which is currently about the same as it was for the defeated immigration bill - it’s an EPIC fail.
They may have been fed the questions. At the very least, they submitted them in advance IMO. He’s calling on them from a list.
