It’s not intended to halt the slide, it’s intended to grow government dependence - and it will work, thanks to the greedy morons who voted for him. IMHO
I agree with your take on it. That’s why I term it the worst bill in U.S. history. It has in it the seeds of massive governance. This is another great society boondoggle.
The Republicans shaft us with them, and the Democrats come right back to do the same thing.
