Obama cleaning up after Joe Biden, LOL. Joe’s the gift that will keep on giving

I took his comment about Biden and not being surprised that he did not remember what the topic was as an incredible open & public insult of his VP. Continued classlessness.

That's the impression I got. It was quite plain. Biden is understood to be a clown.
